Shipping

All items are shipped from France and it will typically take 2-3 days to be delivered in France and around 7-10 days for all other countries. We ship via French Postal Service and can provide a tracking upon demand.

Returns

You can return your products (at your own expense) to us within 15 days. Do not use products or un-pack them before returning them. Please contact us before sending back your products and when sending any product back make sure you ask for a tracked package and tracking number. This will prevent any issue while sending products back for both you and us.
